Let love bloom! πͺ΄π This **Heart Flower Pot Set** features a sweet potted plant with three heart-shaped flowers reaching up towards the sun. It is a lovely design for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or for the "plant mum" in your life who believes that love grows where you water it.
This set includes two pieces:
- 1 x Flower Pot Cutter: To create the silhouette of the pot and the blooming flowers.
- 1 x Flower Pot Embosser: To stamp the pot detail, the stems, leaves, and the three cute heart blooms.
