Since all items are 3D printed to order, some may take a bit longer during sales or peak periods. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Domestic (Australian) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery takes approximately 14–25 business days depending on destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged or defective items. To start a return, email us with a photo of the issue and your receipt or order number. Because all items are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

All our cookie cutters and embossers are 3D printed using food-contact-safe PETG plastic, right here in Australia. They're durable, easy to clean, and safe to use with food. We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water.

Most of our products come in multiple sizes — typically Small (6cm), Medium (8cm), and Large (10cm). The exact sizes available are listed on each product page. If you need a custom size, feel free to reach out!
